Hosted by Sinop University and organized in collaboration with Cyprus American University, Uzbekistan Oriental University, and ASES (Academy of Scientific and Educational Studies), the opening of the “ASES 11th International Scientific Research Congress” was followed by sessions planned both online and in person, held simultaneously. This year’s congress was attended by academics and researchers from 10 different countries, including Azerbaijan, TRNC, Uzbekistan, USA, Pakistan, Algeria, Morocco, Nigeria, and Romania. Approximately 200 papers were presented in a total of 30 sessions, providing a broad academic sharing environment.

At the conference, AUC students and academics played an active role. During the in-person sessions, Dr. Emel Yılmaz, the conference coordinator for the TRNC, served as moderator, while Dr. Serkan Fundalar, Dr. Ebru Çorbacı, and Lecturer Merve Akgül took on roles during the online sessions. At the end of the in-person sessions, Dr. Emel Yılmaz presented participation certificates to the attendees. Following the completion of all sessions, the conference concluded successfully with great interest from the participants.

AUC Rector Prof. Dr. Gökçe Keçeci made the following statements in her assessment after the closing of the congress:

“In line with our internationalization vision, we attach great importance to academic collaborations with universities in Turkey and abroad. We would like to thank Sinop University, especially ASES, and the entire team for their efforts in this meaningful conference. Our academics and students who represented our university at the conference also played an important role in this process with their contributions. As a university, we will continue to strengthen scientific collaborations and joint projects.”
