ASES Delegation Visited AUC

The Academy of Scientific and Educational Studies (ASES) delegation visited Cyprus American University (AUC) Rector Prof. Dr. Gökçe Keçeci at his office on Thursday, December 11, at 12:00 p.m. During the visit, discussions were held on academic work, joint scientific activities, and the development of cooperation between the institutions.

According to information provided by the AUC Communication and Press Coordination Office, the delegation was welcomed by AUC Rector Prof. Dr. Keçeci, AUC Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alp Karaca, AUC Foreign Relations Representative Dr. Emel Yılmaz, and AUC Vocational School Director Merve Akgül. The visit was attended by ASES Coordinator Ali Söylemez, ASES Academic Advisors Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lokman Zor and Prof. Dr. Mustafa Talas, former Vice Rector of Niğde University Prof. Dr. Hamdi Doğan, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Prof. Dr. İbrahim Öztürk, and ASES Board Member İbrahim Kaya. During the meeting, the ongoing academic cooperation between AUC and ASES was evaluated, and views were exchanged on strengthening the relations between the two institutions.

Following the visit, Rector Prof. Dr. Gökçe Keçeci stated that they were pleased to host the ASES delegation at the university and emphasized that international academic collaborations are of great importance to AUC. Prof. Dr. Keçeci highlighted that the work carried out with ASES has yielded meaningful results for both the university and the scientific community.

ASES Coordinator Ali Söylemez stated in his remarks that the cooperation with AUC continues to be productive, adding that joint scientific activities have further strengthened the relationship between the two institutions. Söylemez added that the cooperation will pave the way for new academic studies in the coming period.
