A Cooperation Protocol Was Signed Between AUC and Hazar University.

The American University of Cyprus continues to expand its international vision by signing a cooperation protocol with Caspian University, one of the leading universities in Azerbaijan, to encourage joint studies.

A protocol was signed between the American University of Cyprus and Caspian University, aiming to enhance mutual understanding and increase academic cooperation by expanding the international network in education, research and joint scientific studies.

The protocol signed by AUC Rector Prof. Dr. Gökçe Keçeci and Caspian University Rector Prof. Dr. Irada Khalilova envisages joint research projects, cultural exchange projects, joint cooperation programs and joint summer programs to be carried out jointly by both institutions. The cooperation protocol also sets out the principles of cultural, artistic and educational activities as well as the production of scientific publications that will enable the two universities to become stronger in the international arena.

AUC Rector Prof. Dr. Keçeci underlined that thanks to the protocol to be maintained between the two universities, there will be a scientific, cultural and academic gain on a global scale. Emphasizing that they aim to increase the number of academic studies with a perspective that will encourage the sharing of knowledge and experiences between institutions, Keçeci said, “We have signed an important protocol that will reveal our international vision with our scientific productivity.”

Prof. Dr. Gökçe Keçeci stated that they signed a protocol covering the studies carried out within the university during the summer school period in many fields such as education, art and cultural activities carried out in Cyprus and that they aim to organize joint studies that will encourage the academic studies of students and academics of both institutions.
