KAÜSEM Attracts Strong Public Interest with Its Diverse Course Programs

The Cyprus American University Continuing Education Center (KAÜSEM) has been contributing to the personal and professional development of individuals for many years through its public education programs. Operating under the concept of lifelong learning, KAÜSEM appeals to a wide range of participants with courses and workshops organized in different fields each semester. The center continues its educational activities with a rich program content in the Spring Semester of 2025–2026.
KAÜSEM continues to offer educational programs in various fields this term, including Greek, English, French, and German Language Courses, Conscious Parenting Workshop, Luck, Abundance, and Prosperity Workshop, Mental Detox Workshop, Family Constellation Workshop, and Basic Computer Course.
The Basic Fashion Design Course, which is among the programs that attract significant interest every semester, has been reopened for the 2025–2026 Spring Semester. Conducted by Instructor Neşe Sarı, the course brings together participants interested in fashion design under one roof. The course provides participants with essential knowledge about the fashion industry through instruction on the fundamental principles of fashion design, drawing techniques, and practical exercises.
KAÜSEM President Dr. Emel Yılmaz stated that the courses organized within the Continuing Education Center are planned in line with the needs of society and aim to contribute to the professional development of individuals. Yılmaz noted that fashion design courses are one of the important programs that allow participants to showcase their creativity, adding that KAÜSEM offers a productive and collaborative educational environment that brings together individuals from different age and professional groups.
KAÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Gökçe Keçeci emphasized that the work carried out in line with the university’s lifelong learning vision has strengthened the bond between society and the university. Stating that they attach importance to applied programs that support personal and professional development in addition to academic education, Keçeci said that the training conducted by KAÜSEM contributes to the development of qualified individuals and social development.
