Cypriot Cuisine by AUC Culinary Arts Department for November 15.

AUC Department of Cookery students celebrated this meaningful day by preparing local dishes of our country on the anniversary of the establishment of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus on November 15th.

The table was equipped with the unique flavors of Cypriot cuisine and included recipes that keep our culture alive. We would like to thank all our students who contributed to this special event and everyone who supported it.
