Program Objectives
The MDST Program aims to prepare students for successful careers in the administrative departments of healthcare institutions by offering a balanced education that integrates theoretical instruction with practical experience. The specific objectives of the MDST Program are to:
- Provide high-quality education in office management, medical documentation, biostatistics, and the use of healthcare-related software tools.
- Develop practical skills in managing medical records, preparing and formatting various administrative documents, organizing meetings, handling patient appointments, and conducting statistical data entry and analysis.
- Offer hands-on experience in a simulated office environment equipped with modern communication and documentation tools including computers, telephones, printers, and photocopiers.

- Instill professional values including confidentiality, ethical conduct, and respectful communication within healthcare settings.
